Na het eerste overzicht van de Jordan feestdagencollectie, is het nu tijd voor deel 2. Via een officieel bericht heeft Nike de nieuwe colorways laten zien, die zullen gaan release tot het einde van dit kalenderjaar. In dit artikel bespreken we alle Air Jordan modellen die we nog niet in deel 1 hebben besproken.
Jordan heeft in totaal 13 nieuwe colorways aangekondigd, waarvan we de laatste zes bespreken in dit tweede deel (er is dus ook een deel 1). Richting het eind van 2021 kunnen we nog verschillende Jordan modellen verwachten. Zo bespraken we al vier nieuwe colorways voor de Air Jordan 1 High in het eerste deel van de feestdagencollectie.
Air Jordan 9 – ‘Chile Red’
De Air Jordan 9 is niet enorm populair in Nederland en België. Nike zelf zei het volgende over deze sneaker.
Arriving in flooded Chile Red, this seasonal take on the Air Jordan IX features a quilted stitched upper atop a glossy midsole with a patent leather mudguard. This model comes in OG packaging and is available in men’s and grade school sizing.

Air Jordan 12 – ‘Royalty’
De Air Jordan 12 – ‘Royalty’ zal zeker uitverkopen. De wit/zwarte colorway met gouden accenten maakt deze sneaker erg interessant. Nike meldt het volgende over deze sneaker.
This iteration applies hits of metallic gold on the eyelets and midsole throughout a white upper and black midsole and outsole. The shoe features genuine leather complemented by the OG faux-lizard-print mudguard. This offering comes with black and white lace sets and arrives in OG packaging with a color twist. The model releases in full family sizing.

Iedere sneakerhead is geïnteresseerd in een Jordan wanneer de naam ‘Court Purple’ valt. Het is alleen jammer dat het hier een Air Jordan 13 betreft.

Air Jordan 14 – ‘Winterized’
Deze bruine Air Jordan 14 is interessant, vanwege materiaalkeuze. Deze sneaker is ‘Winterized’, wat wil zeggen dat de sneaker gevoerd is en beter bestand is tegen weersomstandigheden. Nike zegt het volgende over deze schoen.
This iteration combines a premium, vacuum-molded upper with water-resistant, winterized suede. Featuring a matte finish on the midsole, this model is highlighted by subtle Chile Red detailing and custom silicone emblems on the heel. The shoe releases in men’s sizing.
